Highway to the Danger Zone

I read an article recently about the most “dangerous” cities in the world, the most disturbing part of the article was the depiction of Latin America as this unsafe crime ridden area.  The truth is, Latin America is full of history, culture, and adventure.  As you know, I rang in 2019 in Brazil—which according the article is the most dangerous country in the world.  YIKES!  Brazil did not feel any less safe than any other country or region that I have been; if anything I felt more at home.  So why the negativity surrounding Latin America?  Let’s not forget, Kim Kardashian got robbed in France.  I have my theories, but this is not the forum to express them…  Readers, let’s break the travel mold and venture to the southern hemisphere and experience the beauty of people who don’t look or talk like we do.  And please friends, don’t allow anything or anyone scare you away from traveling this amazing world.  As always when you travel, travel smartly.  Bon Voyage wanderlusts!
