Launch Day-B-Day-My Day!

Happy 30 ½ Birthday to me! Am I the only one who celebrated half birthdays?  Your half birthday is just another excuse to kick it with your closest friends and family.  Celebrate yours this year and let me know how it went!  Well in lieu of my half birthday and on the heels of my Brazil trip, I couldn’t think of a better date to introduce the world to my blog!!! Now I am going to be honest readers, I have been stressing this blog for years…yes you read that right YEARS!  I have always wanted to write about my experiences as a Black woman serving in the Armed Forces, give deployment hair survival tips, traveling while active duty, etc.  I mean the ideas were endless and forever changing.  I have learned many lessons along the way, and I am grateful that I made it to launch day.  I have created a resource for you to use to help you in your travel journey while incorporating my life experiences.  Hold on because it is going to be a wild ride around the world.  xoxo
